Reassembly
Left Side:
Step 1. Install the Stepper Motor and Collar.
Step 2. Install the replacement Leaf Spring (under the Rocker).
Step 3. Install the Rocker.
Step 4. With a TORX T10 driver, attach the Inertia Wheel to the Pulley with three screws.
Tighten the screws to 5.5 in-lbs.
Step 5. Install the two Pulleys and their associated Belts. Use replacement clips as required.
Step 6. Install the O-Ring.
Step 7. With the Set Screw, attach the Inertia Wheel. Tighten the screw to 2.5 in-lbs.
Step 8. Install the Linkage (Coupling Bar and two Rocker Arms).

Important • When installing the Belts in the next step, use the Belt Tensioning Tool (Zebra
P/N 900754-003)
to set the proper the belt tension; see Appendix K for details.
