Before you print your
publication, it is a good
idea to check your spelling.
• You can only check the
spelling in the Story Editor.
You can check for basic
grammatical error or
correct the spelling of a
selected story or an entire
publication.
Displaying
the Spelling
dialog box

To display the Spelling dialog box:
• From the main menu, choose Edit > Edit Story
OR
press the Ctrl + E key combination.
• Then from the Story Editor main menu, choose Utilities > Spelling
