5. Loosen the two bottom screws on the detec-
tor electronics cover.
6. Unscrew the top screw on the cover.
7. Remove the detector electronics cover.
8. Press down on the orange tabs on the TCD
Board to release the PRT and filament wires.
9. Close the lid.
10. Use a T-20 Torx driver to unscrew the gang
block fitting from the flow module.
11. Disconnect the detector heater/sensor cable
from the harness.
12. Remove the two T-20 Torx screws securing
the TCD assembly in place.
