Description
The port configuration is different from the previous configuration. Typi-
cally this trap is generated when a
NIC of one type is swapped for a dif-
ferent type (i.e., Ethernet for
FDDI, ATM for Token Ring, etc.).

Physical Instance. The specific
instance of this slot/port/type.
In most cases this value will
be 1 (only one instance of the
port), but an ATM port may
have multiple instances. Pos-

254.
