Chapter 4 Warning Messages
6 Input Voltage Sag, Derating Operating This warning appears when an input voltage sag condition occurs
while the drive is running.
Verify the line side voltage state.
7 Low Voltage Ride Through Operating This warning appears when input voltage is in LVRT state. Verify the line side voltage state.
8 Input Voltage Sag, Flux Controlling This warning appears when an input voltage sag condition occurs
while the drive is running and output frequency is reduced.
Verify the line side voltage state.
9 Fan Failure Warning in Fan Group #2 There is an abnormal status in the transformer cabinet2 fans. • Check parameter Fan Control Fan Feedback Delay
(P101) and set the value larger.
• Check parameter Fan Control Group #2 Fan Number
(P096) and verify the actual number of fans.
• Check the fan operation in transformer cabinet2.
• Check the status of the fan feedback relay and
command execution relay, both should be identical.
10 Bypass Operating This warning appears when performing the power cell bypass. Check if the power cell has one of these four faults: one
phase loss, IGBT over current, over temperature, or input
voltage over voltage.
11 DC Bus Under Voltage Warning This warning appears when DC bus voltage is less than DC Bus Under
Voltage Warning Threshold (P274) and DC Bus Under Voltage Warning
Hysteresis Band (P275). When DC bus voltage is greater than DC Bus
Under Voltage Warning Threshold (P274) and DC Bus Under Voltage
Warning Hysteresis Band (P275), the warning disappears.
• Check the fiber optic cable on both the PCCB board
and control box.
• Check hardware of the PCCB board.
• Check parameters DC Bus Under Voltage Warning
Threshold (P274) and DC Bus Under Voltage Warning
Hysteresis Band (P275) are set correctly.
• Check line side voltage.
• Check parameter Power Cell DC Bus Rated Voltage
(P011) and actual VDC are matched.
12 Fan Failure Warning in Fan Group #3 There is an abnormal status in the power cell cabinet fans. • Check parameter Fan Control Fan Feedback Delay
(P101) and set the value larger.
• Check parameter Fan Control Group #3 Fan Number
(P097) and verify the actual number of fans.
• Check the fan operation in power cell cabinet.
• Check the status of the fan feedback relay and
command execution relay, both should be identical.
13 Line Neutral Over Voltage Warning The line neutral voltage has exceeded Line Neutral Over Voltage
Warning Threshold (P158) for the duration set in Line Neutral Over
Voltage Warning Delay (P159).
This warning means one or more phase connections on the line side
are connected to ground.
• Check connection on the line side.
• Check parameters Line Neutral Over Voltage Warning
Threshold (P158) and Line Neutral Over Voltage
Warning Delay (P159) are set correctly.
• Check hardware on the VSB board.
• Check user side medium voltage input.
14 Line Under Voltage Warning The line voltage is less than Line Under Voltage Warning Threshold
(P156) for the duration set in Line Under Voltage Warning Delay (P157).
• Check connection on the line side.
• Check parameters Line Under Voltage Warning
Threshold (P156) and Line Under Voltage Warning
Delay (P157) are set correctly.
• Check hardware on the VSB board.
• Check user side medium voltage input.
15 Fan Failure Warning in Fan Group #4 There is an abnormal status in the filter cabinet fans. • Check parameter Fan Control Fan Feedback Delay
(P101) and set the value larger.
• Check parameter Fan Control Group #4 Fan Number
(P098) and verify the actual number of fans.
• Check the fan operation in filter cabinet.
• Check the status of the fan feedback relay and
command execution relay, both should be identical.
