This parameter sets the threshold for pre-charge resistor short circuit fault.
During pre-charging, if the line side voltage does not reach the set threshold
within the duration set in Pre-charge Resistor Short Circuit Fault Delay (P181), it
is considered that the pre-charge resistor has short circuited.

pre-charging, if the line side voltage does not reach the threshold set in Pre-charge
Resistor Short Circuit Fault Threshold (P180) within this time, it is considered
that the pre-charge resistor has short circuited.
