Return equipment to MSL [75 XE upgrade]
Return to Task List
• Return the system equipment replaced during the upgrade to Avaya according to:
• In general, return old equipment and crash kits to the MSL, and return ordered but unused
equipment to the Denver factory.
• If you are returning heavy equipment such as a cabinet, the project manager should arrange for
Avaya personnel to pick up the equipment.
• Tag the returned equipment appropriately.
The replaced System 75 equipment includes:
• System 75 control cabinet, control circuit packs, and RMSS tape drive
• System 75 TN741 (or international TN419A) tone-clock circuit pack if replaced
• R1V3 tape cartridges
• TDM cables and AHF103 cable adapters
• TDM cables and AHF103 cable adapters
• AHF1 TDM bus terminators
• Lower rear cover for expansion control cabinet
