23.3.1 RCM LED Indicators
The RCM has three LEDs labeled OK, P1, and P2. The table below provides a description of each
LED condition and recommended actions.
LED Condition Description Action
P1
Power 1 is connected and is between 18 and
36 Vdc.
Power 1 is not connected or is outside the
specified range.
Verify the external supplies are
powered.
Verify that wiring is not reversed.
Verify that the supply voltage is within
the specified range.
P2
Power 2 is connected and is between 18 and
36 Vdc.
Power 2 is not connected or is outside the
specified range.
Verify the external supplies are
powered.
Verify that wiring is not reversed.
Verify that the supply voltage is within
the specified range.
Ok
The rack is functioning normally, and the OK
relay is inactive.
• Transducer fault (Not Ok)
• Module inserted (rebooting)
• Module hardware failure
Check the event list.
Find (and repair) the faulted sensor.
If it is a module error, then replace the
module.

23.3.2 SAM LED Indicators
The table below describes the SAM LEDs and their functions:
OK
SAM is operating normally
Verify the SAM is fully seated in the
slot (see section 23.1).
If powered, and seated, SAM is
faulty, replace.
(Steady)
CMS is enabled but not functioning
correctly
Check SETPOINT PI/XC Adapter
(software).
Verify network connections.
SD is enabled but not functioning
correctly.
Install (or replace) SD card.
TM
On (Green)
Trip Multiply mode enabled
Note: Trip multiply can be enabled via
Modbus, or Discrete Contacts.
Trip Multiply mode disabled
Display
OK
Display module not connected or not
installed.
Verify the cable is properly installed
