MIB Reference
Introduction
About the MIB
The Ceragon MIB is a set of APIs that enables external applications to control Ceragon equip-
ment.
The MIB is divided into public and a private API groups:
Public: RFC-1213 (MIB II) variables, RFC-1214 (MIB II) System and Interfaces sec-
tions
Private: Controlled by Ceragon and supplements the public group.
This appendix describes the public and private MIB used by Ceragon.
Terminology
The following terms are used in this appendix.
In addition, the MIB uses internally, the older notions of Local site and Remote site where
this manual would use site A and site B.
To avoid burdening the reader, this appendix will follow the MIB usage.

Control Method
The FibeAir2000 Manager application provides all the means to configure and monitor a
FA4800 link, communicating with the SNMP agent in each ODU. Each SNMP agent contains
