decode before it is marked valid.

NOTE
If a UPC/EAN base label and a P2 addon are both
decoded, the scanner will transmit the base label and
add-on. If a UPC/EAN base label is decoded without an
add-on, the base label will be transmitted without an
add-on.
Please note that conditional add-ons settings are con-
sidered by the scanner before optional add-on settings.
