TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
3 Turn the ignition off.
Measure the voltage between the PDC #13 Fuse and ground.
Is the voltage above 10.5 volts?
All
Yes → Go To 4
No → Repair the B(+) circuit to the PDC #13 Fuse for an open.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
4 Turn the ignition off.
Measure the voltage between the Fuse Block #4 Fuse and ground.
Is the voltage above 10.5 volts?
All
Yes → Go To 5
No → Repair the B(+) circuit to the Fuse Block #4 Fuse for an open.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
5 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the voltage between the Fused B(+) circuit and ground.
Is the voltage above 10.5 volts?
All
Yes → Replace the Instrument Cluster in accordance with the Service
Information.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Repair the Fused B(+) circuit for an open between the Fuse Block
#4 Fuse and the Instrument Cluster.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
