The essernet
®
connection of the various units in the network can be checked with this diagnostic
line.
The essernet
®
diagnostic line (L:xxx) indicates which connections are functioning correctly and
which have malfunctioned. Non existent units/ control panels are represented by the character "?".
The status display at the beginning of the line (0,S,E or B) indicated whether data calibration is in
progress between two control panels. This is always the case when signals are updated in the
essernet
®
, for example when a switched off control panel is switched back on or when a new
control panel is integrated in the essernet
®
network and its data is automatically updated. Which
control panel is conducting this data calibration can be determined by the two-digit control panel
number (part: xx).
Switching on the essernet

Approx. 5 seconds after switching on, the essernet
®
diagnostic line appears in the display.
Once selected, the diagnostic line remains visibly in the display in all menu levels, for example
when changing to the status display, the installer level or when scrolling the contents of the
display, until it is deactivated.
