Brief Checking Procedure
This procedure checks the instrument functions with a minimum of steps. It is assumed
that the operator doing the test is familiar with the instrument and its specifications.
After POWER ON, the instrument is automatically set to the operating mode to which it
was set before POWER OFF.

The display shows the last instrument settings before power off, for example:
