Changing the Scan Settings for an Individual Job
To temporarily change a scan setting when emailing the scanned image:
1 Press the (Scan) button.
2 Select Scan to E-mail, and then press the button.
3 Press the or button to scroll through the menu of settings.
4 Change the selected setting, and then press the button.
5 Press the (Start) button to begin the scan.
To temporarily change a scan setting when scanning to a computer:
1 Press the (Scan) button.
2 Select the scan destination, and then press the button.
3 Press the or button to scroll through the menu of settings.
4 Change the selected setting, and then press the button.
5 Press the (Start) button to begin the scan.
