Replacing the Fusing Unit, Transfer Unit and Retard Roll
You need to replace three parts (fusing unit, transfer unit and retard roll) at a time. Both the transfer unit and the
retard roll for replacement come with a new fusing unit.
Fuji Xerox fusing unit, transfer unit, and retard roll are available only through Fuji Xerox. To order by phone, see also

It is recommended that you use Fuji Xerox fusing unit, transfer unit, and retard roll for your printer. Fuji Xerox does
not provide warranty coverage for problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Fuji
Xerox.

Overview
When a fusing unit or transfer unit reaches its usable life-span, the following messages appear on the LCD panel.
• Fusing Unit Safety
When removing the Fusing Unit, always switch off first and wait for 40 minutes until it cools off.
