5. Set to normal mode, fully open the collimator and make a shot.
6. Align the BAFT tool center with image display center:
a. Loosen the securing screws (4 screws for each horizontal and vertical adjustment).
b. During a MAG 1 Fluoro exposure, adjust position adjustment screws (1 screw for each
horizontal and vertical adjustment) on the BAFT tool to make the BAFT center and
intersection of the two lines overlapped.
c. Tighten the securing screws. Then make X-ray shot and double check the BAFT alignment.
Ensure BAFT tool is aligned perfectly before performance below calibration.
UBAT Installation
1. Position the C-arm as Monoblock Up and Image Intensifier down.
2. Position the UBAT (Universal Beam Alignment Template) on top of the Image Intensifier
as below.
