Mainframe Control Board
The MCB (Mainframe Control Board) is located in C-Arm mainframe and is the main control unit in mainframe. It is
responsible for five functions.
- X-ray control: KV, mA and exposure control interfacing with collimator board, filament board, and KV control
board
- Image chain control: control camera and image intensifier
- User interface: key input and LED display interfacing with display board
- System monitor: check various error and warning
- Communication with workstation
