10. Recover the X-ray Monoblock assembly.
a. Fasten the screws of collimator cover with the torque to 1.04Nm.
b. If the Monoblock is not powered for more than 3 months, perform the warm up
procedure firstly per section 4.5.
c. Monoblock can be diagnosed without disassembly and reassembly, just need connect
monoblock FRU to system for troubleshooting with MONOBLOCK TEST JIG CABLE (5085790)
d. Perform mA and kV calibration without MONOBLOCK TEST JIG CABLE (5085790) installed,
otherwise it may cause mA not accurate warning.
7.3.8. Collimator
1. Position the C-Arm for easy access.
2. Remove the collimator cover.
3. Release the 3 screws (Inch screws,
released by T15 screw driver) of
collimator lead ring.
4. Remove 4 collimator secure screws.
5. Replace a new collimator, fasten
4 collimator secure screws and
reinstall the collimator lead ring
by fastening 3 screws removed in
step3.
6. Power on the system.
7. Select fluoroscopy mode and
make sure to enable Automatic
Technique.
8. During the exposure, press the
shutter close and open button to
check if the movement of the leaf
is smooth.
9. Close the shutter all the way to the limit to check if the movement of the leaf is smooth.
10. Refer to 7.3.2 and chapter 4 to perform calibrations and checks:
11. Fasten all screws and recover the collimator cover
