Monoblock Replacement Procedure
1. Remove the collimator cover.
2. Disconnect the cables connected to
Monoblock.
3. Underlay the Monoblock to prevent it
from falling.
4. Loosen the 4 screws. Replace the
Monoblock and fasten the 4 screws.
Torque to 19.9Nm during installation
The thermal switch normal status is close. Disconnect connector in left lower picture and
test two pins shall be shortcut, measured by multimeter. Measure the resistance between
each pin and ground by multimeter, the result shall be open. If the result is shortcut, need
check whether the thermal switch cable is shortcut with ground or not.
