Step 8 Calibrate shutter maximum position for Mag1: (Move shutter untill the leaves just out of the
circular mask)
Step 9 Calibrate shutter maximum position for Mag2: (Move shutter untill the leaves just out of the
circular mask)
Step 10 Shutter position for 50mm*50mm square:
Comments: Rotate shutter to make shutter leavse parallel with the side of 50mm*50mm square. And let
the shutter leave back shade cover the line of 50mm*50mm square.
