10. Click “OK” as below to finished MCU firmware flash.
11. System Recovery
Power off the system reshort cut the jumper as original.
Unplug the firmware download cable from Mainframe Control Board.
Reinstall the eBox cover and Mainframe back cover.
Power on system, then reconfigure Product and Software option function as original, refer to
5.2.2.
Performance below calibrations, refer to Chapter 4:
Below mA calibration and Beam Alignment Calibration interface just press “OK” button is to
finish the mA calibration. Because no hardware setting is changed, actual calibration is not
needed.
