EXTRA VOICE Section
Ë What is an “EXTRA VOICE?”
The Sk-series, in addition to being able to duplicate the sound of a vintage Hammond Organ as well as other organ
sounds, has voice sections which offer digital reproductions of instrumental sounds such as Grand Piano, Electric
Piano, Trumpet, Saxophone, etc. These are the EXTRA VOICE Sections and they are accessible using the EXTRA
VOICE Touch Tabs.
Ë EXTRA VOICE Touch Tabs
The EXTRA VOICE Touch Tab groups are located to the right side of the Information Center Display.
Notice that there are two Extra Voice Groups - 1 (EXV1) and 2 (EXV2). These two sections are identical. This is so
you can register two different Extra Voices to play either on the same or different manuals. Later parts of this section
will explain this in more detail.
EXTRA VOICE ON/OFF Touch Tabs
These allow you to control which manual will play the Voice you select.
UPPER ON
This Touch Tab allows the selected Voice to be played from the Upper Manual.
LOWER ON
This Touch Tab allows the selected Voice to be played from the Lower Manual.
