Card format 15 (option bit 7 = 1):
Bit position Value Description
1 1 Start bit (can be omitted)
2 - 16 1 - 32767 Card no.
17 - 24 1 - 255 Company (site) code
25 0 - 1 Even parity for company code
26 0 Stop character (cannot be omitted)
The table shows the positions for a 26 bit card format. When formats with more bits are used the extra bits are
added to the card number. Please note that even if more bits are added to the card no., the max. card no. will
still be 32767, meaning that card no. with a higher number will be translated to the card no. modiolus 32767.
Card format 16 (option bit 7 = 1):

2 - 9 1 - 255 Company (site) code
10 0 - 1 Even parity for company code (value not used)
11 - 25 1 - 32767 Card no.
26 0 Stop character (cannot be omitted)
