1.7 Card formats.
By the CFORM parameter during the initialization of the reader can be selected which card type is used in the
installed system. The list below is showing the available card formats:

01 Hi Sec encrypted magstripe format
02 Hi Sec Wiegand format
03 Hi Sec Cotag prox./hands-free format
04 Hi Sec Hughes prox/hands-free format
05 Hi Sec non-encrypted magstripe format
06 Free programmable BCD code format (ISO 2) max. 16 digits (see below)
07 Special l'Oreal BCD magstripe format
08 Reserved for future use
09 Special La Chartre BCD magstripe format
10 Special Strassbourg city BCD magstripe format
11 Special Telemecanique old BCD magstripe format
12 Special Telemecanique new BCD magstripe format
13 Standard BCD magstripe format
14 Free programmable bit format (Wiegand) max. 64 bits (see below)
15 26 bit wiegand format, card no. first.
16 26 bit wiegand format, company code first. (ID Solutions)
17 Special Cotag format
The Card formats 07 to 12 can only be used in the mentioned projects.
Any type of Service and Master cards can be used to initialize the reader as long as they are using the Hi Sec
card format.
