In the external reader 95T ERC / 90T RKP ERC the Lock Function specified in the Personal Group
programming has a different function than in the normal reader 95T ACM / 90T RKP ACM as described. If the
Lock Function is programmed to "1" for a personal group, the cards from this personal group can open the door
even if the Intrusion System is set.
If the Lock Function is programmed to "0" for a personal group, the cards from this group cannot open the door,
if the Intrusion System is set. They have to wait until another card which is programmed with the Lock Function
equal to "1" arrives.
The Hold-up field is used to define, if a reaction should take place in case a user uses a hold-up code instead of
his normal PIN - code. Generally the hold-up code is defined as the PIN-code + 1. The use of a hold-up code will
activate a dedicated alarm output and will send the message to the Thor intrusion system.
The “Log normal access” field defines whether or not to log if a user from the personnel group has made an
access through a normal passageway.
The Week Time program no. defines which time programs are applicable for the personnel groups right to
access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Elevator matrix defines which elevator matrix to be used (cannot be programmed from the reader).
1.9.3 Week Time programs.
The week programs are used in connection with time restrictions and other restrictions for one or more
personnel groups and in connection with rules concerning the reader itself.
A week program consists of time limitations for all the days in a week, and 2 special days. Every day in the week
program can be split up into 8 time periods, and a function for each time period can be defined. A time period
consists of a "from" until "to" time in hours and minutes, and refers to the period where permission is granted or
the function limited. An example is a time limitation monday - friday from 0800 - 1600 hrs. Any attempt to enter
outside this time will be rejected, the card is refused and the THOR reader logs the attempt.
The time intervals can only be programmed in steps of 10 minutes, and it is not necessary to define all 8 time
periods per day.
The different weekly time program numbers are predefined for various functions, and some standard definitions
are also predefined.
The following week programs are predefined:
Week time program no. Application
0 No access
1 Always access with PIN code
2 Always access without PIN code
3-30 Access rights for personnel groups with programmable functions.
31 Log definition for the reader
32 Week program for input softtype 76.
33 Week program for input softtype 77.
34 Week program for Door permanent open for the door connected to reader.
