Connect the power cord to the power inlet on the back of the instrument and the
plug to the wall socket to provide power to the instrument.
2.3 Connecting the Power Cord
To avoid electrical accidents and to maintain the safety specifications of
this instrument, connect the power cord only to a 3-contact (two-conductor
+ ground) outlet.
Make sure the power is turned off before connecting or disconnecting the power
cord.

1. Make sure that the power switch is turned
off.
2. Connect the power cord provided to the
power inlet on the back of the instrument.
3. Insert the plug into the grounded outlet.
