See "Appendix2 List of Optional Functions" (p. A5)
Set fixed or automatic setting for range for insulation-resistance test.
When the fixed range (initial setting) is set, the range is fixed by the test voltage
value and lower-limit value. When the automatic range is set, the range changes
automatically according to the measurement value.

• For details on the relationships among the test-voltage values, lower-limit test
values, and resistance measurement range, see "4.1.2 Setting the Upper
(Lower) Limit Value" (p. 51).
• When the auto range is used, it is switched according to measured values.
Due to the range-switching time, a certain amount of time is required for a
measured value to be displayed (approximately 1.5 seconds).
