7.12 Extending a carrier arm
3. Extend the carrier arm to the necessary length.
4. Align the holes
5. Install the pin
6. Install the clip.
7. Get the roll-off protection pins from the top drawer.
8. Put one in each carrier arm.

Make sure that the bottom of the pin is flush with the bottom of the carrier arm.
Note
Put the holding pins close to where you expect the side of the load to be.
Note
Do the procedure in reverse to put the carrier arms in storage.
Fully push the carrier arm in when not in use.
Put the roll-off protection pins back in the drawer.
