6. Turn the winch so that it is on top of the boom.
7. Go to the other side of the boom.
8. Put the pin (1) back in position.

Make sure that the pin goes through the
plates on the boom and the plates on the
winch.
9. Install the ring and then the clip (2|).
10. Retract the ballast.
11. Lower the boom.
12. Retract the outriggers.

8.13.1 Remove the counterweight
Caution
Stay away from the counterweight during removal of the counterweight.
Note
Remove the counterweight to reduce the net weight of the crane.
