11. Transport and storage
11.2 Lifting the crane
The C30e Compact crane has four lifting points for lifting the crane.

Two lifting points at the front of the boom,
l
Two lifting points at the rear of the boom.
They are identified by the "Lifting point" pictogram.
Make sure that your lifting equipment is properly rated.
Use four chains (capacity: at least 2500 kg per chain) to lift a crane.
Put the crane into transport position before lifting the crane (see 11.1.1 Put the crane in transport position)
11.3 Putting the compact crane in storage
1. Fully clean the compact crane.
2. Clean the track undercarriage with a pressure washer.

Do not point the pressure washer at electrical components.
3. Grease the compact crane (see 9.6 Lubrication)
4. Repair all damaged paintwork.
5. Apply a thin layer of grease to the parts that may rust.
