9. Maintenance
1. Make sure that the jib and boom are in the
transport position.
2. Put the outrigger legs in the correct position.

Each leg at 48°
3. Lift the crane on the outriggers until the crawler
tracks are 10 cm above the ground.
4. Examine the tension in the two crawler tracks.
l
Minimum: 20 mm
l
Maximum: 60 mm.
9.9.2 Loosen a crawler track
1. Make sure that the jib and boom are in the
transport position.
2. Put the outrigger legs in the correct position.
l
Each leg at 48°
3. Remove the bush with the grease nipple from of
the tensioning cylinder (A).
4. Lift the crane on the outriggers until the crawler
tracks are 10 cm above the ground.
5. Push the tension wheel to the rear (B).
l
Usually the tension wheel moves to the rear because of the weight of the tracks.
l
Grease flows out of the tensioning cylinder.
6. Clean the unwanted grease off the tension cylinder.
7. Install the bush with the grease nipple back onto the tension cylinder.
Caution
Do not forget to install the Bouded Seal.
