8. Operation
8.8 Lifting with the jib
Use the jib for a lift if:
l
the load is not too heavy (see Appendix),
l
you need to repeat the same lift many times,
l
you need a high versatility, i.e. you need to lift:
l
over things (walls, embankments)
l
under things (ceilings, balconies, soffits)
l
you need a long reach.

8.8.1 Controls
Make sure that the superstructure is active (LED is ON).
