9.7.1 Plastic wear strips of the counterweight
1. Fully extend the counterweight.
2. Apply grease:
l
to the plastic wear strips.
l
to the bottom of the counterweight beams
9.7.2 Plastic wear strips on the track extenders
1. Make sure that the jib and boom are in the transport position.
2. Put the outrigger legs in the correct position.
l
Each leg at 48°
3. Fully lift the crane on the outriggers.
4. Fully extend the tracks.
5. Clean the top of the track extenders.
6. Apply grease:
l
to the plastic wear strips.
l
to the top of the track extender beams.
l
to the center of the bottom of the track extender beams.
