8.11 "Pick and Carry" mode
The RCL is automatically adjusted in "Pick and Carry" mode (see 2.13 Rated Capacity Limiter (RCL)).
The crane switches to "Lifting" mode if the outriggers are lowered and the crane stands on the outriggers
correctly.
8.11.1 Enter "Pick and Carry" mode without lifting a load
The compact crane will automatically enter "Pick and Carry" mode if:
l
the compact crane has a lifting adapter attached to the boom,
l
the outriggers are raised off the ground.
8.11.2 Enter "Pick and Carry" mode while lifting
1. When you lift a load and the load goes below 90% of the "Pick and carry" limit:
l
The letters "<PC" appear in the top right corner of the display.
2. Push the "Undercarriage / superstructure" button to go into undercarriage mode.
l
The led goes OFF.
3. Raise and retract the outriggers.
l
Make sure that the ballast will not hit the outriggers.
4. Now you can move the crane while lifting.
