2.7 During lifting
Caution
Do not use the compact crane to:
l
drag loads,
l
winch loads at an angle,
l
pull loads free (such as pulling out poles),
l
push loads.
Prevent dangerous situations between:
l
the compact crane,
l
the operator,
l
other people,
l
the load,
l
the surroundings,
l
the ground.
Do not:
l
enter the work area during operation of the compact crane,
l
let anybody enter the work area during operation of the compact crane,
l
move a load over people,
l
touch rotating parts,
l
touch moving parts.
l
put anything on the compact crane.
The lifting point on top of the jib is only intended for lifting the jib when it is removed from the crane. Do not use
this lifting point for lifting a load or for securing the crane.
2.7 During lifting
Caution
The boom is flexible and bends when lifting the load. The boom will spring back when the load
is put down.
Always:
l
Use low gear and low speed when handling a load. The LED must be OFF.
l
Lift a load at its center of gravity.
l
Attach the load correctly.
