There is one air gap, that is interposed between the Internal
Standard and the Sample

There are two air gaps, the first one before the sample, the
second one after the internal standard.

Air Gap Volume: volume of the air gap (see explanation below).
Select “Exit” to exit from this screen and return to the “RUN: METHOD X” screen (see
paragraph 5.2.2 “Method X: Setting method parameters”).
