Attribute Description
Latching / Non-Latching
Default = Latching
•y Available for one (1) count zones only.
•y Latching zone requires operator to press Reset.
•y Non-latching zone will automatically turn off outputs when condition clears.
Note: Click in selection box to remove latching setting.
Local / Non-Local
Default = Non-Local
•y Used only for “Report by Zone” option.
•y Allows a zone to be specied as a non-reporting zone.
Note: Click in selection box to select local option.
Output Pattern
Default = Constant
•y Denes the output pattern of general-purpose NAC circuits in the zone that
occurs during alarm conditions.
•y Click on drop-down arrow to display and select an option:
Constant 24VDC
ANSI .5 sec on, .5 sec off, .5 sec on, .5 sec off, 5 sec on, 1.5 sec off
March Code 60 signals per minute
Double Time 120 signals per minute
Day Sensitivity
Range: 1.1% – 3.5%
Default = 3.5%
The 3.5% default represents the percentage of obscuration per foot for all smoke
sensing detectors.
•y The term “obscuration” refers to the amount of reduction in air transparency
caused by smoke.
•y Day sensitivity is functional during the time a building is normally occupied.

Night Sensitivity
Range: 1.1% – 3.5%
Default = 2.5%
The 2.5% default represents the percentage of obscuration per foot for all smoke
sensing detectors.
•y The term “obscuration” refers to the amount of reduction in air transparency
caused by smoke.
•y Night sensitivity is functional during the times the building is unoccupied, i.e.,
weekends, Holidays.

Heat Sensitivity
Range: 135°F – 185°F
Default = 135°F
Sets alarm threshold for Fix Temperature Heat Detectors (FHA).

Fixed/ROR Heat Sensitivity
and 15 increase in 1 minute
Range: 135°F – 174°F
Default = 135°F
Sets alarm threshold for Fixed/ROR Heat Sensor (RHA).

Auto-Silence Timer
Range = 0 – 360 minutes
Default = 0 minutes
Denes the amount of time before silenceable NACs are automatically shut down.

Auto-Unsilence Timer
Range = 0 – 60 minutes
Default = 0 minutes
Denes the amount of time before any silenced NACs are reactivated; outputs only
reactivate if panel is still in alarm.

Silence-Inhibit Timer
Range = 0 – 60 minutes
Default = 0 minutes
Denes the amount of time you may not silence an output when in alarm.

Restore Delay
Range = 0 – 300 seconds
Default = 0 minutes
Denes the amount of time before deactivating an output when the panel is reset.
