When Using Grease Charging Line (if equipped)
q It is possible to charge with grease from grease charging port (1) under the machine.
q When using grease charging port (1) to fill with grease, it is necessary to use the separate grease pressure
feed pump.
q When the tank is full of grease, the alarm sounds for approx. 5 seconds, so stop adding grease.
1. Connect the connection hose from the grease pressure
feed pump to grease charging port (1) under the machine.
Mouthpiece (2) at the pump end is Wigging Service Sys-
tem ON2 (ONC2A).
2. After supplying grease, remove the connection hose from
the grease pressure feed pump.

q Komatsu does not handle grease pressure feed
pumps, but if the charging port is necessary, please
contact your Komatsu distributor.
The procedure for replacing the grease can, when it is broken,
differs only in the steps for removing and installing hose (3) for
the grease charging line. For the procedure for replacing the
grease can, follow the above instructions (Supplying Grease
(3-143)).
When Using Service Center (if equipped)
q It is possible to charge with grease from service center under the machine.
q When the tank is full of grease, the alarm sounds for approx. 5 seconds, so stop adding grease.
