Install the new bearing into the right gear
case by using the special tool and fix it with
the snap ring.
Special tool:
Oil seal & bearing installer A120E00014
Install the new oil seal into the right gear
case.
Apply 4 – 5 g (0.13 – 0.17 oz) of
lightweight lithium-soap base grease to the
outside of seal lip groove.
Apply lightweight lithium-soap base grease
to the bearing and dust seal lip
Apply grease to the new bearings.
Install the universal joint and new bearings.
Install the C-rings by tapping with a copper
hammer.
