Contents of the Inhibitive Submaster Display: In the upper
part the Inhibitive Submaster display, the symbol "**" appears under the
inhibited channels, instead of channel levels. (See Figure 3.9.)
Inhibitive Submaster Status Bar: The only difference from the
Normal Submaster Status Bar is that the “sub type” field shows "Inhib" in red
letters, instead of "Normal".
