Boom will not boom down, but will boom up.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Boom maximum down limit opened; Minimum bail limit open; Pawl engaged; Pump is worn;
Block-up limit open; Control handle is worn; RCL circuit open; Speed sender is bad.
CHECKS
