Check for 12 volts at auxiliary disable valve when enabling cylinders.

Faulty relief valve; Faulty control valve section;
Faulty enable valve; Bad pump; Faulty cylinder.

another jacking cylinder on lower accessory valve.

change of 4 when enabling cylinders.
