Troubleshooting
LEDs, and System Messages can all be very helpful in troubleshooting the
SyncServer S6x0. Use the Alarms page of the Web GUI to view system messages
or use SNMP trap messages.
Diagnosing the SyncServer S6x0 Reading LED Conditions
Table 7-2 shows the function of the LED indicators on the front panel of the unit.
Note: The SyncServer S6x0 incorporates a system reboot function
(watchdog) if any of the system's software become unresponsive. If
the system's software is unresponsive for 15 minutes, then the
watchdog timer will report an event in the event log (add the actual
event here), and the system will reboot.
