Gamma Analyst Sample Changer
The Gamma Analyst Sample Changer settings selection for the Lynx II for either a PHA
or MCS definition contains the following controls.

Initialize
Issues an initialize command. If a sample was loaded in the chamber, it is unloaded. The
chamber is left open. The sample lift is moved to an initial (safe) position with the
grippers fully open.
Advance
Issues an advance conveyer command. The sample conveyer advances until the next
sample carrier is located in the load position.
Load
Issues a load sample command. The chamber door is opened. The sample in the load
position is loaded into the chamber. Then the chamber door closes.
Unload
Issues an unload sample command. The chamber door is opened and the currently loaded
sample is removed from the chamber and put back on the sample conveyor.
Home
Issues a home command. This command advances the sample conveyer to the home
position.
Stop
Issues a stop command. This command stops all sample changer motions.
Clear Error
Issues a clear error command. This command directs the sample changer to clear all
internal hard and soft PLC errors.
