Overview of the Lynx II Web Client User Interface

• Zoom into region – Zooms into a region around the cursor.
• Zoom out of region – Changes the x-axis to a previously zoomed limit.
• Adjust ROI – Brings up Region Adjust dialog for the currently selected ROI
• Delete ROI – Deletes the currently selected ROI.
• Delete All ROIs – Deletes all display ROIs.
• Show Calibrations – Displays the calibration curves.
• Show Gridlines – Displays the gridlines for the x and y-axis.
• Y-Scale as Logarithm: Displays the y-axis in the Logarithm scale. Clearing this
box will display the Linear scale regardless of the selection in Preferences | Axes.
• Print: Views and prints the current spectral plot and acquisition information.
With “Show All Tooltips” enabled, moving the cursor over the spectral plot will display
the following additional items.
• VFS (Vertical Full Scale) – Displays the maximum y-axis value.
• Acq. Mode – Displays the mode of the selected input.
• Acq Start – Displays the date and time of the last acquisition start.
• Elapsed Real – Displays the elapsed real time in seconds.
• Elapsed Live – Displays the elapsed live time in seconds.
• Deadtime – Displays the deadtime value in percent
• Cursor – Displays the current location of the cursor in channels and energy and the
channel counts.
