• Type – The type of region. This is simply an identifier. It does not affect the
analysis.
• Draw Modeled Data – Displays the peak and continuum model within the region.
The following options are read-only:
• Continuum Model – Defines the model to use for estimating the continuum. This
field is read-only to display the model that is used for the calculations.
• Num Continuum – Defines the number of channels or FWHMs to use for
estimating the continuum. This defines the number to the left and right of the
region. This field is read-only to display the model that is used for the calculations.
• Error multiplier – The multiplier for area uncertainty values only when
Parameterize Data is unchecked. This field is read-only to display the model that is
used for the calculations.
• Peak Model – The model to use when drawing the peak model. This field is only
enabled when Parameterize Data has been checked.
• Parameterize Data – Determines the peak model parameters using parameter
estimation methods. Parameters are estimated based on the counts in the region
when this option is unchecked. The algorithms used to compute the region
quantities when this feature is checked or unchecked are in Non-parameterized ROI
on page 192. This checkbox is read-only to display the method that is used for the
calculations. This application only supports only the non-parameterized method.
Left and Right values displayed in the dialog will always be displayed
as Channels, regardless of the X-Axis display unit.
