Remove adjusting screw and fix bolt by means of hex. head screw.
Torque limit (M10/8.8) ........................= 46 Nm
Wet thread of hex. head screw with Loctite
(type-no. 243)!
Supercool pin and insert it until contact is obtained.
Use protective gloves!
Install countershaft axle
Centrically align countershaft gear and install adjusting screw
(S) Adjusting screw 504187

Drive sealing covers (arrows) with the concave side showing
downwards flush-mounted into the housing face.
Wet contact face with Loctite (type-no. 262)!
Tilt transmission housing.
