Connecting to USB
1 Press <SCAN> on the control panel.
2 Place your document with text face up in the ADF (1) or face
down on the document glass (2).
3 Press the down arrow key repetitively to scroll to [LocalPC], then
press <OK>.
• If the Network TWAIN setting is set to Disable, go to step
5.
4 Press the down arrow key repetitively to scroll to [From USB
interface], then press <OK>.
5 Press the down arrow key repetitively to scroll to [Select a
connecting PC], then press the right arrow key.
