3 Enter a destination fax number using the keypad on the control
panel.
4 Select [Done], then press <OK>.
• You can also use the keypad to enter a destination on the screen
that appears after pressing the <FAX> key. In this case, the fax
standby screen appears after entering a destination.
Dialing Functions
You can use the following functions when entering a destination fax
number. Select the function you want, then press [OK] on the fax
number entry screen.
•- (Hyphen)
Inserts a hyphen to the entered fax number.
•Pause
Pauses two seconds when dialing. You can use multiple pauses.
•Tone
Switches to tone dialing if pulse dialing is set.
•PreFix
Inserts a prefix number registered in advance.
•Flash
Inserts a prefix to the entered fax number to access the external
line when PBX is enabled.
