Complete Final Assembly
1. Install idler pulley assembly. (See REPLACE BELT
TENSIONER ASSEMBLY, in Group 070.)
2. Install oil pan and service engine with clean engine oil.
(See INSTALL ENGINE OIL PAN, in Group 060.)
3. Fill cooling system with proper coolant (See DIESEL
ENGINE COOLANT RECOMMENDATIONS in Section
01, Group 002.)
4. Perform engine break-in. (See ENGINE BREAK-IN
GUIDELINES in Group 010.)
